Can I try it for free?
Yes! After free registration, you can activate a 7-day trial period from your profile. No credit card required, and after the trial expires you automatically return to the free version and nothing is charged automatically.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. Cancellation stops future billing, but access to Premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked — in line with Paddle's policy and EU online sales regulations. Just contact [email protected] and we'll refund to the original payment method. That's why we recommend the 7-day trial first — you can comfortably test every feature before spending a single euro.
Does Premium work on all devices?
Yes! Premium works on web, Android and iOS apps - just log in with the same account. You can be logged in on up to 3 devices at the same time. If you log in on a fourth device, the earliest logged-in device will be logged out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paddle payment service which supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I activate Premium?
Simply click the subscribe button, choose your payment method and follow the instructions. Premium is activated immediately after successful payment. No account is required for purchase - if you don't have an account, you'll get the option to set a password after payment.
Can I get a business invoice?
Yes! During checkout, click on "Add VAT number" (or "Add tax ID" in some currencies) and enter your company name, VAT/tax ID and address. Paddle will automatically issue a business invoice with the entered details that you can use for tax purposes. Example: for an HR VAT payer enter "HR12345678901".
What is Paddle?
Paddle is a secure online payment service we use to process all transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, VAT and refunds.
What if I delete my account?
Deleting your account permanently removes all your data and automatically cancels your subscription. Access to Premium features ends, and no refunds are provided for the remaining period. If you want to keep Premium until the end of the paid period, just cancel the subscription — you can delete the account later.
