Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try it for free?
Yes! After free registration, you can activate a 7-day trial period from your profile. No credit card required, and after the trial expires you automatically return to the free version and nothing is charged automatically.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile, or in the store where you purchased it (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation stops future billing, but access to Premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked, in line with Paddle's, Google's and Apple's policies and EU online sales regulations. You can request a refund directly from the payment provider: Paddle (web purchase), Google Play or App Store (in-app purchase), or contact us at [email protected].
Does Premium work on all devices?
Yes! Premium works on web, Android and iOS apps, just log in with the same account. You can be logged in on up to 3 devices at the same time. If you log in on a fourth device, the earliest logged-in device will be logged out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paddle payment service which supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you purchase through the mobile app, payment is processed by Google or Apple.
How can I activate Premium?
Simply log in to your profile, click the subscribe button, choose your payment method and follow the instructions. Premium is activated immediately after successful payment.
Can I get a business invoice?
Yes! During Paddle checkout, click on "Add VAT number" (or "Add tax ID" in some currencies) and enter your company name, VAT/tax ID and address. Paddle will automatically issue a business invoice with the entered details that you can use for tax purposes. Example: for an HR VAT payer enter "HR12345678901".
What is Paddle?
Paddle is a secure online payment service we use to process transactions on the website. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, VAT and refunds. For purchases inside the mobile app, these are handled by Google or Apple.
What if I delete my account?
Deleting your account permanently removes all your data and automatically cancels your subscription. Access to Premium features ends, and no refunds are provided for the remaining period. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel the subscription there first, and then you will be able to delete your account. If you want to keep Premium until the end of the paid period, just cancel the subscription.
Does Premium include API access?
Yes. With Premium, you use an API key to get the forecast, the nowcast and current station data, up to 1,000 requests a day. You create the key in your Profile. Weather station owners get their own stations' data through the API even without Premium, and for a larger scope of data there's Neverin Business.
