How fast can we start?

Typically 1 to 2 weeks from call to first data, alerts or dashboard. Add 2–4 weeks for physical installation of weather stations, depending on location and season.

Can we get a trial period?

Yes. Most engagements start with a 30-day pilot covering a limited scope, agreed goals and transparent measurement. If the pilot misses the goals, we don't continue. If it succeeds, we agree on next steps.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the scope of the planned solution, the number of API calls and the data you will retrieve. Tailored solutions are scoped after we understand your needs. We send a concrete quote within 48 hours of the first call.

What if I cancel or don't want to continue?

Standard packages run on 12-month contracts with the option to cancel after the pilot phase. We export your historical data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) at no extra cost. No hidden lock-in clauses.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign an NDA before any technical conversation or sharing of your internal data.

Where is the data stored?

In the EU. Our infrastructure is fully within EU jurisdiction. We are GDPR- and NIS2-compliant, and where required also align with sector regulations (energy, public services).

Can you integrate our existing weather stations?

Yes. We support most standard protocols and formats, including systems that expose data via API. If your system isn't supported out of the box, we adapt to it.

What if we need something you don't have?

A large part of our platform is built on demand. Tell us what you need — often the solution is a configuration of an existing feature or development of a new component. Either way, you get a clear answer on scope, timeline and price.
